The Final Declaration adopted at the first Ministerial Meeting was published and distributed in the six official languages of the United Nations as document A/78/881.
The declaration sets out the Group’s objectives, open-ended format and working methods. It provides for regular ambassadorial and ministerial dialogue and a two-co-chair coordination arrangement involving Turkmenistan.
